Apex questions
Who is the Apex for?
Intermediate to experienced riders who want to leave the pavement behind - gravel paths, hard-packed trails, grass and rough ground. Its 200 kg load rating and dual 1650 W belt motors also make it a strong choice for heavier riders and anyone who wants torque for hills and loose surfaces. Not recommended for children under 12.
Apex or Relentless?
Both are off-road boards. The Apex (dual 1650 W belt, 200 kg load, up to 40 km/h) is the do-it-all all-terrain climber built for strength and stability. The Relentless (dual 3500 W belt) is the raw-power flagship when you want maximum speed and punch above all else. Choose Apex for load capacity and controlled all-terrain riding; Relentless for outright grunt.
Can I ride the Apex on normal roads too?
Yes - the all-terrain tyres roll fine on tar, they're just happiest when the surface gets rough. Note that in South Africa electric skateboards aren't registered road vehicles, so public-road use isn't permitted; most riders use private property, estates and off-road areas.
