Wheels are the cheapest upgrade on an electric skateboard and the one that changes the ride most. Bigger and softer rolls over bad surfaces; smaller and harder rolls faster on good ones.
Fitment matters more than looks. Journ-E boards use several different wheel and hub configurations across the fleet, and a wheel that physically bolts on is not automatically the right wheel for your board's motor and truck geometry. If you are at all unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your board model before you order - it takes thirty seconds and saves a return (which is subject to inspection and real manufacturing defects and issues with the board).
Two things to know before you buy. First, these are standard wheels: we do not stock motorised drive wheels or belt-drive wheels, and we do not carry spares for every board in the fleet. Second, wheels are customer-fitted. Changing them yourself is a fifteen-minute job with a skate tool, and there is a paid fitting service if you would rather we did it.
