Experience a smoother and more comfortable ride with the Journ-E™ Phantom 105 × 51 mm Cloud Wheels.
The larger 105 mm diameter helps the Phantom roll more confidently over paving joins, small cracks and uneven sections of tar. Compared with compact polyurethane street wheels, the cloud-style construction offers improved vibration absorption and a more forgiving ride without moving into a full all-terrain configuration.
These wheels are ideal for riders who want greater comfort, stability and confidence while commuting, cruising or riding through urban environments.
The 51 mm width maintains responsive handling while providing sufficient contact with the road for controlled acceleration, braking and cornering.
The Phantom uses a dual-motor drivetrain, so rear driven wheels may require model-specific motor sleeves or internal fittings, in which Journ-E does not offer with their services. These are extra wheels, not intended for the drivetrain. When purchased through the site,

01 · Installation
You fit these wheels
Wheels bought on the site are installed and configured by you. Standard skate tools do the job and we're happy to talk you through it on WhatsApp. Rather not DIY? Book a paid installation through our Service & Upgrades route - you cover the courier to us and the quoted fee, and we ship the board back on us.
02 · Important
We don't stock drive wheels
Motorised wheels are a different animal. Hub-motor drive wheels (motor built into the wheel), dual-drive sets, and belt-drive wheels, pulleys or belt hardware are not stocked by Journ-E - the wheels sold here are standard, non-motorised replacement wheels only. If a drive wheel or belt component is damaged or worn, it's a tricky, board-specific repair: contact us before buying anything and we'll assess what's genuinely possible.

Our limits, honestly
We're a small local team. Our certified electronics, battery and motor technicians are good - but our stock, parts sourcing and service capacity are genuinely limited, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than overpromise. Some repairs and parts simply won't be possible. What we can promise: message us and we'll give you a straight answer, fast, and do our very best to help wherever we can.

Is Journ-E a real, local business?
Yes. Journ-E is run by BG Brothers Tech, a registered South African business. Every board ships from our own stock in Johannesburg - nothing is drop-shipped from overseas - and you can WhatsApp the team before or after you buy. We also sell on Takealot.
Is it safe to pay online?
Checkout runs on Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. Payment is handled by Stitch Express, a South African payment gateway: pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Capitec Pay. You are taken to Stitch to pay and brought straight back to your order. Your card details go to the gateway only - we never see them.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Photograph the box and board, then log a Damaged / Faulty on Arrival ticket on our Returns & Repairs page within 7 days of delivery. On a valid claim we pay the courier both ways, and our technicians in Johannesburg assess it within 3-5 working days of it reaching us.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes - you have a 7-day cooling-off period from delivery. The board must be unused, unridden and complete in its original packaging. Log it on the Returns & Repairs page and we arrange and pay for the collection. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 7-10 working days.
Battery care
Use only the supplied charger, keep it dry, and store responsibly to protect battery life.
