Restore the rugged all-terrain capability of your Journ-E™ Relentless with the official 140 × 50 mm Airless Honeycomb Wheels.
Designed for demanding mixed-surface riding, these large wheels use a flexible honeycomb structure to absorb vibration and surface impacts without relying on inflatable inner tubes.
The airless construction eliminates ordinary punctures and reduces the maintenance associated with pneumatic tyres. The 140 mm diameter also provides improved obstacle clearance and a more confident ride over broken tar, gravel, hard-packed dirt and short grass.
These wheels are engineered to work with the Relentless belt-drive system. Compatibility depends on more than the wheel diameter and includes the wheel core, pulley, belt, bearings and mounting hardware.
For correct performance and rider safety, use only a wheel and pulley configuration confirmed for the Journ-E™ Relentless.

01 · Installation
You fit these wheels
Wheels bought on the site are installed and configured by you. Standard skate tools do the job and we're happy to talk you through it on WhatsApp. Rather not DIY? Book a paid installation through our Service & Upgrades route - you cover the courier to us and the quoted fee, and we ship the board back on us.
02 · Important
We don't stock drive wheels
Motorised wheels are a different animal. Hub-motor drive wheels (motor built into the wheel), dual-drive sets, and belt-drive wheels, pulleys or belt hardware are not stocked by Journ-E - the wheels sold here are standard, non-motorised replacement wheels only. If a drive wheel or belt component is damaged or worn, it's a tricky, board-specific repair: contact us before buying anything and we'll assess what's genuinely possible.
03 · Straight talk
Our limits, honestly
We're a small local team. Our certified electronics, battery and motor technicians are good - but our stock, parts sourcing and service capacity are genuinely limited, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than overpromise. Some repairs and parts simply won't be possible. What we can promise: message us and we'll give you a straight answer, fast, and do our very best to help wherever we can.
