Where we ship. Door-to-door anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy and related domestic Courier, from our Johannesburg warehouse. Neighbouring countries are case-by-case - contact us before ordering, as cross-border lithium battery rules are strict.
Cost. The courier rate for your exact address is calculated at checkout.
Timing. Handling takes up to 3 working days. Delivery then typically takes 1–3 working days to main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban) and 2–5 working days to regional areas. Therefore, there is a 1 - 7 days operating leadtimes from ordering to receiving. This leadtime is affected by Holidays.
Tracking. You receive a waybill number by email the moment your parcel is collected — track it any time on our Track Order page (/pages/track-order).
Packaging & delivery. Boards ship in protective packaging that meets courier requirements for lithium-ion goods, checked and packed with the charger, remote and included accessories. Board deliveries require a signature. Inspect the packaging before signing where possible — if anything looks damaged, photograph the box before opening it and log a Damaged on Arrival ticket within 7 days.
